TERMS OF SERVICE / DISCLAIMER

Ready Made Marketer Terms of Participation

Effective date: 12/10/2026

1. Who we are

Ready Made Marketer, also referred to as RMM, is supplied by Steve Harradine, trading as Ready Made Marketer.

Business address: Unit 7609

PO Box 6945

London

W1A 6US

Contact email: [email protected]

In these terms, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean the supplier identified above. ‘You’ and ‘your’ mean the customer entering into the agreement.

2. Your agreement with us

These terms apply to your RMM trial, subscription and any additional services expressly purchased from us.

Your order confirmation identifies your plan, included services, price, billing frequency and any separately agreed conditions.

Your application is subject to acceptance. We’ll confirm acceptance and your account activation by email. If we decline an application, we won’t charge a subscription fee and will refund any subscription payment taken for the declined application.

RMM is intended for business use. You must provide accurate information and have authority to enter into the agreement for the business you represent.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that the law doesn’t permit us to exclude.

3. What your subscription includes

We’ll provide the software access, resources and support described in the plan you purchase.

Personal implementation, bespoke workflow design, migration, consultancy, training and other additional work are included only where your plan or a separate written agreement expressly says so.

We’ll provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

RMM supports your marketing and business processes. We don’t guarantee enquiries, sales, income, audience growth or any particular business outcome.

You’re responsible for your business decisions, content, offers, campaign approval and use of the service.

4. Office hours and support availability

Our normal office and customer-support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, excluding public holidays in England. UK time means GMT or BST, depending on the time of year.

We review and respond to support enquiries during these hours. We don’t continuously monitor email or other communication channels, including during office hours, and we don’t guarantee immediate or same-day replies.

You can submit an enquiry outside office hours, but you shouldn’t expect a response until office hours resume. Unless expressly agreed in writing, your subscription doesn’t include evening, weekend, public-holiday or emergency support.

We’ll respond within a reasonable time, taking account of the nature and complexity of your request. Any separately agreed support commitments remain applicable.

If we occasionally respond outside office hours, this doesn’t create an ongoing commitment to provide support at those times.

You can cancel through the client portal without waiting for a support response. For manual cancellation assistance, please allow the processing time explained in the cancellation section.

These office hours govern support availability. They don’t change when a valid cancellation or legal notice takes effect, extend statutory deadlines or restrict your legal rights.

5. Free-trial eligibility

The 14-day free RMM trial is available once per customer.

You aren’t eligible if you:

Have previously taken an RMM free trial, whether or not you became a paying member.

Are a current or former paying RMM member.

Apply on behalf of a business that has already received an RMM trial or held a paid membership.

Using another email address, payment method, account or representative doesn’t create a new entitlement to a trial.

If you’re unsure whether you qualify, contact us before applying. We may expressly approve an exception in writing.

We may carry out reasonable eligibility checks using information we lawfully hold.

If we discover that you aren’t eligible, we may refuse or cancel the trial. We’ll notify you and stop the trial from converting into a paid subscription. We won’t retrospectively charge you for the free trial or move you onto a paid plan without your agreement.

6. Refusing applications

We reserve the right, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, to decline an application for a trial or new membership.

Reasons may include:

Previous trial use or membership.

Repeated joining and leaving.

Previous abusive behaviour, misuse or material breaches of our terms.

Outstanding undisputed payments.

Reasonable concerns about fraud, account security or unlawful activity.

A mismatch between your requirements and the service or support we can provide.

Limits on our available capacity.

We aren’t obliged to accept an application or offer another trial. We won’t exercise this discretion unlawfully, including through unlawful discrimination.

Once an application has been accepted, suspension or termination is governed by section 13.

7. Trial duration and conversion to a paid subscription

Your free trial lasts 14 days from the activation time shown in your confirmation.

Before you enrol, we’ll clearly disclose:

When the trial ends.

When the first subscription payment will be taken.

The amount payable, including applicable taxes.

The billing frequency.

Any minimum commitment.

How to cancel.

Unless you cancel before the first payment time stated in your confirmation, your trial will convert automatically to the paid subscription you selected.

You authorise the recurring payments disclosed when you enrol.

We’ll send advance reminders to the email address associated with your account. They’ll identify the trial end date, the upcoming charge and how to cancel.

You’re responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and initiating cancellation if you don’t want to continue. This doesn’t remove our responsibility to give the disclosures and reminders promised in these terms or required by law.

8. Cancelling your trial or subscription

You can cancel at any time through the client portal at https://school.readymademarketer.com, without waiting for us to process a request.

To prevent your next subscription payment, complete cancellation before the payment time stated in your account and confirmation email.

Manual cancellation requests

If you’d like us to cancel your trial or subscription for you, email [email protected]. Include enough information for us to identify your account. We may request reasonable verification where necessary.

Please allow at least two working days before your next payment is due for us to process a manual cancellation request. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

We don’t continuously monitor email or guarantee that same-day requests, or requests received with less than two working days remaining, will be processed before an automated payment is taken. For cancellation close to your payment time, use the client portal.

This processing allowance doesn’t shorten any applicable cancellation right or change when a valid cancellation legally takes effect. If a payment is taken while we’re processing your request, we’ll assess it against your agreed cancellation terms and applicable law, and refund it where required.

Confirmation and access

We’ll acknowledge your cancellation and confirm when access ends. If you don’t receive confirmation, contact us promptly. Our failure to acknowledge a valid cancellation doesn’t invalidate it.

Cancelling during the trial prevents the first subscription charge, provided cancellation takes effect before that charge becomes due. Trial access will end immediately.

After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals. Unless your order expressly states a different agreed arrangement, access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Not using RMM, missing training, deleting an integration or allowing a payment to fail doesn’t by itself cancel your subscription.

A general enquiry, complaint or request for help isn’t a cancellation unless it clearly communicates your decision to cancel.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory cancellation rights.

9. Payments and refunds

Subscription fees are payable in advance at the frequency disclosed in your order.

Simply forgetting to cancel, not using the service or changing your mind after a valid subscription charge doesn’t, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

Subject to your legal rights and any express guarantee applicable to your purchase, we don’t ordinarily refund an already-started billing period following customer cancellation.

This policy doesn’t prevent refunds or other remedies for:

Charges taken after a valid cancellation took effect.

Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges.

Our failure to supply the service as agreed.

Rights arising under applicable law.

A refund guarantee expressly offered when you purchased.

If we end your subscription without fault on your part, we’ll refund the unused portion of prepaid subscription fees.

We won’t charge you for future subscription periods after termination takes effect.

10. Consumer cancellation rights

If you’re legally a consumer and have a statutory cancellation right, that right applies in addition to the contractual cancellation arrangements above.

For qualifying distance service contracts, the usual cancellation period is 14 days after the contract is entered into. You can exercise an applicable right through any clear statement, including email. We’ll supply the required cancellation information and model form.

If you expressly request that services begin during that period, any payment for services supplied before cancellation will be limited to what the law permits. We won’t charge a subscription fee for the promised free-trial period.

Where separate digital content is supplied, any loss of statutory cancellation rights requires the consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by law. Merely logging in doesn’t create a blanket waiver.

Refunds due following statutory cancellation will be made within the applicable legal deadline.

11. Additional charges and payment failures

Any charges for messaging, telephone services, AI usage, integrations or other extras must be disclosed and agreed before they’re incurred. Your plan or separate order will explain applicable rates, limits and charging arrangements.

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending paid access, unless immediate action is justified by fraud or security concerns.

Payment failure doesn’t itself cancel the agreement. You remain responsible for valid charges already incurred.

Disputed payments will be investigated. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights through your bank or payment provider.

12. Acceptable use and account security

You must keep account credentials secure and permit access only to authorised users within your plan.

You must not use RMM for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, infringement of intellectual property or unlawful marketing.

You’re responsible for having the necessary permissions and lawful basis for the data you upload and the communications you send.

You must not resell access or exceed the agreed scope of your plan without our written agreement.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident.

We’ll also meet our own applicable security and legal obligations.

13. Intellectual property and customer data

You retain ownership of your content and customer data.

You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process and use that material to provide the agreed service.

We and our licensors retain ownership of RMM software, training, templates and other supplied materials.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the supplied resources for the business purposes contemplated by your plan. You may adapt designated templates for your own business marketing.

You must not resell our training or template library, distribute it as a competing product or claim ownership of our underlying materials.

Any rights to use supplied materials after your subscription ends must be expressly stated in your plan or the relevant resource licence.

14. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful activity, fraud, abusive or threatening conduct, non-payment or a material breach of these terms.

Where practical, we’ll explain the issue and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Immediate suspension may be necessary where delay would create a serious risk.

We may terminate for a serious breach or a material breach that remains unresolved after reasonable notice.

We may also decide not to continue the commercial relationship, subject to at least 30 days’ written notice. Where we do so without fault on your part, we’ll refund unused prepaid subscription fees.

You won’t be required to pay for future periods after termination takes effect. Any retention of prepaid sums following a breach must be lawful and proportionate.

Honest criticism, a legitimate complaint or the exercise of legal rights isn’t, by itself, a breach.

15. Account closure, exports and transfers

Cancellation or termination may affect hosted pages, automations, integrations, telephone numbers and other account functions.

The applicable account-closure policy will explain export options, transfer arrangements, any agreed fees and the period before account data is deleted.

We’ll make that policy available before you subscribe and provide reasonable notice of closure arrangements where possible.

Transfers of accounts, domains, telephone numbers or other services are subject to technical capability, ownership, third-party requirements and any separately agreed work.

You should maintain appropriate copies of important business information. This doesn’t remove our own obligations concerning security, data protection or agreed backup services.

16. Privacy, confidentiality and data processing

We’ll handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice at [VERIFIED URL].

Where we process personal data on your behalf, an appropriate data-processing agreement will form part of our contract. It will describe the parties’ roles, processing instructions, security obligations, subprocessors, international transfers and return or deletion of data.

Both parties must protect genuinely confidential information. This doesn’t prevent lawful disclosures to professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies, or disclosures required by law.

These obligations don’t prevent legitimate complaints or honest reviews that don’t unlawfully disclose confidential information.

17. Service changes and availability

We may make reasonable changes for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvement.

Where a change materially reduces the service you purchased, we’ll provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect, with an appropriate refund for prepaid service we won’t supply.

We don’t promise uninterrupted availability. However, third-party outages don’t automatically remove our responsibilities to you.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control materially prevent delivery, we’ll take reasonable steps to reduce the impact, keep you informed and provide a fair cancellation or refund arrangement where appropriate.

18. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that can’t lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you’re a consumer, we remain responsible for losses for which applicable consumer law makes us liable.

For business customers, any agreed financial liability cap or exclusion must be reasonable and expressly set out in the applicable business agreement. This draft doesn’t impose a blanket exclusion of our responsibility.

The absence of guaranteed business results doesn’t excuse us from supplying the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.

19. Changes to prices and terms

We’ll give at least 30 days’ advance written notice of changes to subscription prices or material changes to these terms.

Price increases will apply from a future renewal, not retrospectively or during a prepaid fixed-price period.

You can cancel before the change takes effect. Where we materially change an existing prepaid service and you reject that change, we’ll provide an appropriate refund for the unused affected period.

Changes won’t retrospectively remove rights, guarantees or remedies you’ve already acquired.

20. Complaints and disputes

Contact [email protected] with details of your complaint and the outcome you’re seeking.

We’ll acknowledge it and investigate fairly. Please allow a period of two working weeks for us to complete this process.

Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using the courts or exercising other legal rights.

The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law allows.

21. General

Neither party may transfer the agreement in a way that materially reduces the other party’s rights without appropriate consent.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion doesn’t waive the right to enforce it later.

These terms, your order confirmation and expressly incorporated policies form the agreement. They don’t exclude responsibility for fraud, binding pre-contract information or rights that can’t lawfully be excluded.

Duty to Read

I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this sales agreement and disclosure policy, and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defence against all remedies contained herein.
