Ready Made Marketer Privacy Notice

Last updated: 12/10/2026

1. Who we are

Ready Made Marketer is operated by Steven Harradine and Samantha Harradine, trading in partnership as Ready Made Marketer.

In this notice, ‘RMM’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to that partnership.

We’re responsible for deciding how personal information is used when we manage our website, enquiries, marketing, trials, subscriptions and customer relationships. For these activities, we act as the data controller.

You can contact us about privacy, your information or this notice:

2. What this notice covers

This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information about website visitors, prospective customers, trial users, members and people who contact us.

It also explains the distinction between information we use for our own business and information members store in RMM about their contacts or customers.

This notice provides information about our practices. Visiting our website or registering for an account doesn’t, by itself, give consent to every use of information described here.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact and business information: your name, email address, telephone number, business name and information you provide about your business.

Account information: account identifiers, subscription plan, trial and membership history, account settings and authorised-user details.

Billing and transaction information: billing address, invoices, payment status and transaction references. Payment providers may handle payment-card information under their own privacy notices.

Communications: enquiries, support requests, complaints, feedback and correspondence.

Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser information, login records, security logs and information about how you use our website or service.

Preferences and permissions: marketing preferences, consent records and objections.

Information you choose to submit: form responses, uploaded material and other information you give us.

Some information is necessary to create an account, provide the service, process payment or meet legal obligations. If you don’t provide it, we may be unable to supply the relevant service. Optional information will be identified where appropriate.

4. Where information comes from

We collect information directly when you complete forms, start a trial, purchase a subscription, contact us or use our services.

Technical information may be collected automatically through website and account systems, subject to applicable tracking requirements.

We may also receive information from payment providers and other suppliers involved in delivering your requested service.

5. How and why we use information

We use personal information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.

Where you act for a business that holds the contract, we generally use your personal information as a business contact under our legitimate interests rather than treating you personally as the contracting customer.

Our legitimate interests include providing support, securing our systems, preventing fraud, maintaining business records and improving our services. We consider the impact on your rights and won’t rely on legitimate interests where your rights override those interests.

6. Marketing communications

We may send relevant marketing about RMM where you’ve consented or where the law permits us to do so without consent.

For marketing emails or texts to individual subscribers, including sole traders and certain partnerships, we’ll obtain consent unless all the conditions of an applicable soft opt-in are met.

You can stop marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting [email protected].

Unsubscribing from marketing doesn’t prevent us from sending necessary account, security, billing or service communications. Those messages aren’t permission to include unrelated promotions.

We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can respect your opt-out.

7. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

Our website and services may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as account access, security, remembering preferences, measuring usage and advertising.

Some technologies are necessary to provide a service you request. Others require consent or must meet the conditions of a specific legal exception.

Advertising tracking that requires consent will operate only after that consent has been obtained. Where qualifying statistical technologies are used under an exception, we’ll provide the required information and objection mechanism.

Cookie identifiers and related information may constitute personal information.

Browser settings may provide additional controls, but blocking necessary technologies can affect how the website or service functions.

8. Who we share information with

We share personal information where necessary to provide RMM, administer your account, meet legal obligations and carry out the purposes explained in this notice.

Our main platform provider is HighLevel, which hosts and processes information stored within the RMM service. We don’t operate our own servers for that information. HighLevel uses infrastructure providers and other subprocessors to deliver its services.

Depending on the services you use, relevant information may also be shared with:

・ Payment providers to process payments and manage transactions.

・Email, messaging and communications providers to deliver service messages and communications.

・Providers of integrations you choose to connect, where the integration requires access to information.

・Authorised support contractors where access is necessary to assist you.

・Accountants, legal advisers and other professional advisers where necessary.

・Authorities, regulators or courts where disclosure is required by law or otherwise lawfully justified.

We limit access and disclosures to what’s appropriate for the relevant purpose. Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we’re responsible for ensuring appropriate contractual protections are in place.

Some recipients, including certain payment and integration providers, may act as independent data controllers for their own activities. Their privacy notices explain how they use that information.

Information processed outside the UK is subject to the international-transfer arrangements explained in section 9.

Where information belongs to a member’s contacts or customers and we process it on that member’s behalf, supplier access is governed by the applicable data-processing agreement and subprocessor arrangements.

9. International processing and transfers

Some suppliers may store or access personal information outside the UK.

Where a transfer is subject to UK international-transfer restrictions, we must use an applicable lawful mechanism. Depending on the recipient and destination, this may involve UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards and any required assessment.

Using our website doesn’t, by itself, constitute consent to international transfers.

10. Information stored by RMM members

Members may use RMM to store or process information about their own prospects, customers and other contacts.

For processing carried out on a member’s instructions, the member will normally be the controller and RMM will act as a processor. If the member is itself a processor, RMM may act as a subprocessor. Roles depend on the particular activity.

That processing is governed by the applicable data-processing agreement and documented instructions.

We don’t treat information uploaded by members as permission to market RMM to their contacts or publish their information.

If your information is held in a member’s account, contact that business first about its use of your information or to exercise your rights. If you contact us, we’ll assist or refer the request as appropriate.

11. How long we keep information

We retain personal information for no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose.

Our retention decisions consider:

Whether your account or enquiry remains active.

The information needed to provide support and resolve outstanding matters.

Accounting, tax and other legal requirements.

The need to establish or defend legal claims.

Security, fraud prevention and trial-eligibility checks.

Your marketing preferences and the need to respect opt-outs.

When retention is no longer justified, we delete or anonymise information appropriately.

Information processed on a member’s behalf is returned or deleted in accordance with the data-processing agreement and applicable legal requirements.

12. Hosting and information security

RMM uses HighLevel’s platform to host and process information stored within the service. We don’t operate our own servers for that information.

HighLevel provides the underlying hosting infrastructure and platform security measures. We remain responsible for the security matters within our control, including account administration, access permissions and our own handling of personal information.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures within our control and assess the suitability of providers processing personal information on our behalf.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Using a third-party platform doesn’t remove our applicable data-protection obligations.

13. Testimonials, feedback and community contributions

We’ll seek separate permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial or case study. That permission will explain the material and attribution to be used.

Submitting a support request or registering for RMM doesn’t give us blanket permission to use your information for promotion.

If you contribute to a community area, other participants may be able to see what you post. Avoid sharing confidential information or personal information about others without an appropriate basis.

14. Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable legal conditions, you may have the right to:

∙ Access your personal information.

∙ Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

∙ Request deletion.

∙ Restrict processing.

∙ Receive certain information in a portable format.

∙ Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

∙ Object to direct marketing.

∙ Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

∙ Exercise applicable rights concerning automated decision-making.

Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

These rights aren’t absolute. For example, some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

We’ll respond within the applicable statutory timescale, normally one month. Where the law permits an extension or a pause, we’ll explain the reason and relevant timing.

15. Privacy complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, email [email protected] and explain your concern.

We’ll acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, investigate appropriately and communicate the outcome without undue delay.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator.

16. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services, processing or legal requirements.

The updated version will show its publication date. Where required, we’ll bring material changes to your attention directly.

Updating this notice doesn’t, by itself, provide consent for a new use of your information.
